The program is guided by three core principles — Pray, Protect, Provide — equipping future men with the spiritual foundation, character, and practical skills needed to serve their families and communities with integrity and purpose.

Younger brothers are paired with mentors who have walked the same streets. Older brothers are given a space to be honest about marriage, money, work, and faith without performance.
