The Permanent Home Campaign

Girls & Women

MuslimahFly

A trusted space for sisterhood, Islamic identity, uplifting activities, guidance, and mutual care.

Serves

Girls 10+ , young women, mothers and elders

Cadence

Bi-weekly gatherings, seasonal events

Since

June 2022

How it started

Like the boys and men who were bombarded by gender and role confusion, sisters needed to be proud of their deen.

What it produces

  • Teen girls anchored in Islamic identity through peer community
  • Mothers connected to practical support networks
  • Elders in an active mentorship role rather than the sidelines

What it is

MuslimahFly is a community initiative for girls and women of all ages that fosters meaningful connection, engagement, and mutual care. Through halal, uplifting gatherings, activities, and events, it encourages pride in Islamic identity and the development of strong character and values, even within challenging environments.

It also serves as a trusted space where women can find guidance and access to community-based resources when needed.

Programming blends spiritual grounding with joy — halaqah alongside art, fitness, career conversations, and intergenerational mentorship between elders and teens.
